In the following we present the three new main functions of the update:

1. Formatable (thank you) mails

While sending of thank you e-mails was still very rudimentary in earlier versions, we now have almost unlimited possibilities with the connection to the Newsletter2Go newsletter system.

It's in your hand
As a LeadHound customer, all you need is a Newsletter2Go account and you're ready to go: Create the email according to your ideas with photos, colors, links and much more. You're also able to keep track of whether and when your lead opened the thank you email and whether they clicked on links in your email.

Another advantage: Send several emails to your lead now.
Would you like to send your customer a newsletter? No problem. Simply send your lead a double-opt-mail after the lead recording and get the confirmation to receive the newsletter. Everything DSGVO-compliant.

2. Visitor mode

All your staff is in conversation and a potential customer is walking to your booth? Use the LeadHound visitor mode. Simply provide an iPad with LeadHound and activate the visitor mode in the settings.

Entering leads without personnel
The visitor can now fill out the questionnaire on their own, scan their business card and receive an additional thank you email. You don't have to worry about anything anymore and you also don't have to worry about data protection, because every visitor can only see his own data, not the data of other visitors.

3. Save lead in contacts

You have at least iOS 9? Perfect. Save your leads in the Contacts app directly to your device.

Leads in the Cloud
If you have iCloud enabled, the leads will also be stored and synchronized in the cloud, which means you can access your leads anywhere, across all devices.
