In the following we inform you about the processing of your personal data by Junith Digital Agency GmbH in the context of the application process and the rights you are entitled to in this regard. Which data is processed in detail and how it is used depends largely on the services you make use of.

2. what categories of personal data do we process?

We process data related to your application. This may include general information about you (such as your name, address and contact details), information about your professional qualifications and schooling, information about continuing vocational education and training, or other information you provide to us in connection with your application.

3. why do we process your data and on what legal basis?

The processing of your personal data is required pursuant to Article 6 (1) lit. b EU-DSGVO i. V. m. § 26 BDSG n. F. for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or for the fulfilment of a contract to which you are a party in connection with a potential employment relationship.

Your personal data will not be processed for any other purpose.

4. who receives your data?

Recipients and categories of recipients of your personal data to achieve the purpose are or may be according to our current application process: Managing Director, Line Manager, Human Resources Department.

5. other forwarding

Junith Digital Agency GmbH does not and does not intend to transfer your personal data to any third country or international organization.

6. How long will your data be stored?

If necessary, we process and store your personal data for the period of the initiation of the employment relationship. If an employment relationship is not established, we will store your data for another 3 months after completion of the application process until deletion takes place.

7. To what extent is there automated decision-making in individual cases (including profiling)?

Junith Digital Agency GmbH does not use any automated processing, including profiling, to obtain a decision on the establishment and performance of a contractual relationship (Art. 22 EU-DSGVO).

8. Which data protection rights do you have?

As a data subject, you have the right to

Restriction of processing according to Art. 18 EU-DSGVO and
the right to data transferability from Art. 20 EU-DSGVO.
In addition, there is a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 EU-DSGVO.

In principle, according to Art. 21 EU-DSGVO, Junith Digital Agency GmbH has the right to object to the processing of personal data by Junith Digital Agency GmbH if this is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests.

If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right under Art. 7 para. 3 EU-DSGVO to revoke the effect with effect for the future. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the time of the revocation is given.

11. Do you have an obligation to provide data?

Within the scope of the contractual relationship with Junith Digital Agency GmbH, you must only provide personal data that is required for the establishment and execution of a contractual relationship or for the collection of which Junith Digital Agency GmbH is legally obliged.

If the required personal data is not provided, Junith Digital Agency GmbH may refuse to provide the respective services, e.g. the execution of the application up to and including a possible
