4.5 My booked module does not work. What can I do?
Check the following points:
1. Is there an internet connection?
2. Have you submitted your API key and is it (still) valid?
3. Does your module appear in the app settings under configuration mode?
4. Is the module activated in this list (blue checkmark)?
If you answer point 3 and/or 4 with „no“, then you can update the module list by swiping down from the top of the list. If there is no change, your module has not been unlocked for your license yet. If that’s the case, please reach out to your LeadHound contact.
