It's possible. LeadHound offers multiple solutions for this purpose:

1. Via cable and iTunes (see the guide for that question here: »Export via iTunes«)
2. Via Websync (local WiFi required)
3. Via Airdrop (only possible with a Mac, local WiFi required)
