5.1. Are the same settings available on the iPhone app as on the iPad?

No. You cannot use local configuration to upload a logo and key visual or adjust the color scheme with your iPhone. You can only import surveys in the local configuration. If you want custom branding and thank you e-mail settings on the iPhone, you will need an online configuration profile.
